Tina joined the Ottawa office of Forget Smith in 2020, bringing with her 30 years of extensive experience in litigation, including insurance defence, personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, disability claims, subrogation, property damage, small claims, as well as construction liens, wrongful dismissal and general liability claims. Tina’s experience working from the standpoint of both defence and plaintiff allows her to have a unique perspective of each file.

Tina graduated from the law clerk program at Fanshawe College in 1990 and assists with all aspects of file management.
