Amanda Fisher

Amanda graduated with honors from the Law Clerk program at Centennial College in 2015, and the Paralegal program at George Brown College in 2020. She has wide-ranging experience and knowledge in handling insurance defence litigation files and accident benefits files, gained throughout the course of her employment with Mr. Forget since 2010.

Amanda assists with all aspects of the file management, including preparation for motions, mediations, trials, and appeals and is proficient in her preparation of responses to LAT applications, case conferences and hearings. She is experienced in multiple areas of insurance defence including occupier’s liability, personal injury, motor vehicle liability, property damage, subrogation and general liability claims. She is a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
